HELEN LOUISE (MAHONEY) QUINN

Mrs. Helen Louise (Mahoney) Quinn, 93, of Heritage Crest, Southbury, CT, died Friday, December 23, at Waterbury Hospital. She was the widow of Arthur E. Quinn. Mrs. Quinn was born August 17, 1912, in Danbury, CT, daughter of the late Patrick and Delia (Lynch) Mahoney.

Mrs. Quinn was a graduate of Danbury Teacher's College and worked as an elementary school teacher in Cornwall and Danbury. She was a communicant of Sacred Heart Church in Southbury and Church of Sts. John and Paul in Larchmont.

Formerly of New Rochelle, Mrs. Quinn moved to Southbury in 1984. She leaves one son, John E. Quinn of Malvern, PA; two daughters, Virginia L. Quinn of Rye Brook, NY and Joanne McKeever of Doylestown, PA; four grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. She is predeceased by her grandson, Johnny McKeever.

A Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, December 28, at 11:00 am at Sacred Heart Church, Main Street South, Southbury, CT. Burial in St. Peter's Cemetery, Danbury, CT. Calling hour: Wednesday, December 28 from 10:00 am to time of Mass in the daily chapel of the church. Arrangements by Carpino Funeral Home, 750 Main Street South, Southbury.
