REBECCA (NEE NIDEL) ROSS

Rebecca Ross (nee Nidel), of Larchmont, NY, and Century Village, Deerfield Beach, FL, passed away December 18, 2005. Mrs. Ross (Becky) was born on the Lower East Side and moved to Brooklyn as a child.

A graduate of Brooklyn College and Herziliah, she taught religious school for many years. She was married to the late William Ross for almost 49 years and they lived in Elmont, Long Island, NY. In 1979, they moved to Larchmont and were active members of the Westchester Jewish Center in Mamaroneck.

She is survived by her daughter Norma Ross, her son Harvey and daughterin-law Harvey-Ann, her grandchild Jennifer and her husband Michael Kislin, and her adored great grandson, Braden. She is also survived by her revered older sister Lena Frishberg and many nieces and nephews. She will be remembered lovingly and greatly missed by her family and friends.

Funeral services took place on Monday. Donations may be made in her memory to the charity of your choice.
