JULIA HEVENOR HANLON

Julia Hevenor Hanlon, age 91 died Sunday, November 27th at St. Joseph's Manor in Trumbull, CT surrounded by her daughters. She was born in Stamford, CT and was the daughter of the late Anna E. Hevenor. She was predeceased by her beloved husband John Hatfield Hanlon. She was the sister of the late Engel P. Hevenor, M.D.

Julia was a lifetime resident of Larchmont, NY. She did spend time living with her daughter in Hanover, NH and eventually moved to Bridgeport, CT in her later years. She attended the School of the Holy Child, Suffern, NY and the Fashion Institute of NY.

She was the loving mother of three daughters: Judith Doyle and her husband Douglas of Trumbull, CT, Christina Wielgus of Hanover, NH and Sheila Reiman and her husband James of Goshen, CT. She had five grandsons, Christopher John (Chip) Wielgus, Thomas Wielgus, Scott Reiman, Kevin Reiman and Douglas Doyle.

Friends may call on the family at Fox Funeral Home from 5-8 pm on Thursday, December 1, 2005. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Friday, December 2, 2005 at 10 am at Sts. John and Paul Church in Larchmont, NY. In lieu of flowers, the family would ask you to make a donation to St. Joseph's Manor, 6448 Main Street, Trumbull, CT 06611, in recognition of the incredible kindness and care given to Julia.
