MAE SCHOONMAKER

Mae Schoonmaker a lifelong Mamaroneck resident passed away on September 3, 2005. She was 92. She was born May 13, 1913 in Mamaroneck to the late Catherine (Taylor) and Samuel Haviland.

Mrs. Schoonmaker is predeceased by her husband, Walter K. Schoonmaker who passed in 1965. She is survived by her two children, Walter J. (Barbara) Schoonmaker of Hartsdale and Carol Finiani of Armonk, NY, one sister, Bertha Birkenstock of Somers, NY. Also surviving are five grandchildren, Lori (Tom) Linehan, Cheryl (Robert) Cummins, Kathy (Anthony) LoGiudice, Patricia (Patrick) McMorrow. Nancy (Kevin) Pease and 15 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by one grandson, Larry Finiani.

Visiting hours, Tuesday, September 6 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home, Wednesday, September 7 at 11:00 am. Interment, Greenwood Union Cemetery, Rye, NY. In lieu of flowers donations to the White Plains Hospital Center, Davis Avenue at East Post Rd. White Plains, NY 10601 would be appreciated.
