DOLORES "SUNNY" TAYLOR
Dolores “Sunny“ Taylor (nee Sunstrom), 77, of Hightstown, passed away Saturday, July 23 at home.
Born in Madrid, Spain, Mrs. Taylor grew up in Great Neck, Long Island and lived in
Mamaroneck, NY and Savannah, GA for 13 years. Most recently, she was a resident of
Meadow Lakes in Hightstown, NJ.
A 1948 graduate of William and Mary College, Mrs. Taylor was active in the League of
Women Voters, president of the League for Service and chairman of volunteers at New
Rochelle Hospital, and regional representative of AFS Intercultural Programs and a
member of its National and International Boards.
Daughter of the late Gladys F. and Mark A. Sunstrom, sister of the late Mark A.
Sunstrom Jr., she is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, John C. Taylor; a
son, John S. Taylor; two daughters, Jane Willis Taylor and Anne Holliday Taylor and
four grandchildren.
A service will be held in memory of Sunny at a later date. In lieu of flowers,

Glackin/Saul Funeral Home, 136 Morrison Avenue, Hightstown, NJ.
