WILLIAM V. PIACENTE

William V, Piacente a long time resident of Mamaroneck died on June 22, 2005 at the age of 96. Born on November 13, 1908 in San Vito, Italy to Elizabeth and Gregory Piacente.

He is survived by his beloved wife Mary (Ciraco) Piacente of 64 years, devoted daughter and son-in-law Dolores and James Brigante, cherished grandfather of Melissa, Michelle and James, and loving greatgranddaughter Kelly. Pre-deceased by his sisters, Katherine Pasceri, Mary Casalinova, Helen Vitro, and Josephine Foster, brothers, Joseph, Vincent and Anthony.

William was a Veteran of World War II. We are grateful for all the wonderful years. Willie will be remembered for his compassion, generosity and love. His family and his garden were his pride and joy. He will be dearly missed by all.

Memorial Mass to be held on Saturday, July 23, 2005 at 12:00 pm at St. Vito Church, 816 Underhill Avenue, Mamaroneck. Those wishing to honor Willie may send a contribution to The American Diabetes Association P.O. Box 1131 Fairfax, VA 22038-1131.
