SARA LANCIA

Sara Lancia, a Mamaroneck resident, died on January 22, 2005, at age 78. Born in New Rochelle to Salvatore and Mary Angela (Baldi) DeMarco, she worked as a key punch operator with the Curry Corporation in Scarsdale. Sara was active with the Mamaroneck Seniors, St. Ann's Guild, Columbiettes, as well as the Westchester County Board of Elections.

Sara was the loving wife of the late James Lancia. Survived by her cherished children, Robert Lancia (wife Judy), James Lancia and Joanne Williams (husband Lloyd), siblings Salvatore DeMarco (wife Edna), Lucy Arcuri (husband Frank), and Grace Friedenvalds (husband Ivars). Devoted grandmother of Robert Jr., Melissa, James III, Janice, Charles, Stacey and Alexander, and great-grandmother of Jeffrey.

Visitation Monday, January 24 and Tuesday, January 25 from 2-4 & 7-9, COXE & GRAZIANO FUNERAL HOME, 767 E. Boston Post Road, Mamaroneck. Funeral Mass Wednesday, January 26 at 11 am St. Vito's followed by interment at Holy Sepulchre. Donations can be sent to St. Vito's Church.
