DOMENICK BALZO

Domenick Balzo died on January 5, 2005 at age 86. He was born in the Bronx to Joseph and Michelina (Chianese) Balzo. He was a U.S. Army Veteran having served with the Third Army in France during World War II where he received three Battle Stars.

He owned a pizzeria restaurant in the Bronx.

He was the loving husband of 58 years of Anne (Coppola); the cherished father of Joseph Balzo (wife Deborah) Anthony Balzo and Patricia Hachey (husband David); devoted grandfather of Lindsay, Nicholas, Carly, Julianne and Jake; dear brother of Joseph, Philomena, Carmela and Rose. He was predeceased by siblings Anthony, Guy and Mary.

Visitation: Friday, January 7 at 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Coxe and Graziano Funeral Home, 767 East Boston Post Road, Mamaroneck.

Funeral Mass is Saturday 10 am at St Vito's and will be followed by interment at Ferncliff Cemetery.
