EDDIE BAUTE
Eddie Baute, the son of Antonio and Isabel Baute,
was born in Havana, Cuba, on January 31, 1954. Eddie Baute was
a resident of Mamaroneck, N.Y. from 1961 - 1978. He attended
Mamaroneck High School and graduated in 1972. He also attended
Westchester Community College in Valhalla, N.Y., excelling in
Lacrosse and Football, and obtaining an Associate's Degree in
Criminal Justice.
He moved to Miami Florida in 1978, and in 1983 joined the
Hialeah Police Force where he embarked on a very distinguished
career as a law enforcement officer which lasted over 20 years.
Eddie died at his home in Miami, Florida on Friday, November 26,
2004. He is survived by his wife Marisel, two children David
and Lisette, and three other children from a previous marriage,
Sonel, Sujeiry, & Brett. He is also survived by his sister
Myriam, a brother-in-law Jose Lopez, and two nephews, Jose and
Javier Lopez from Oakville, Ct. And finally, he is also survived
by his close cousins Hilda, Fernando, and Jorge Iglesias.
All
who knew Eddie loved him dearly, and the fun and laughter he
brought to everyone will be greatly missed. He was known as
Santa Claus to the residents of Hialeah Fl., for all of his
charitable efforts for the children of Hialeah, as well as
other less fortunate residents of the city. Goodbye, Eddie -
Thank you for the fun and joy you brought us - We all love you.
Services were held at the San Jose Funeral Home in Hialeah,
Florida on Nov. 28 & 29.
