Melissa Carter a resident of Mamaroneck, NY died Sunday, October 31, 2004 at Calvary Hospital, Bronx, NY. Loving mother to Bashir and Shakera Carter. Born April 3, 1969 to Hazel Carter and Stanley Hicks, she attended the public schools of Mamaroneck.

Surviving also are siblings Jocelyn Carter, Brian Carter, Kyle Carter, Wayne Reynolds, Phyllis Hickson, Sophia Hicks, Brenda Baptiste, Annette Rainey and Audrey Rainey, other relatives and friends.

Funeral Saturday, November 6, 2004 10 am Strait Gate Church, 115 Madison Street, Mamaroneck, NY. Family to receive friends at church Saturday 9-10 am. Arrangements by Barney T. McClanahan Funeral Home, Inc., 30 Winthrop Avenue, New Rochelle, NY 10801.
