MARGARET DUFFY BRYANT
Margaret Duffy Bryant passed away October 20,
2004 at Sarah Neuman Center for Healthcare.
She was born in Galston, Scotland on April 23, 1921. She was the
daughter of the late Thomas and Margaret Duffy. Margaret married
Edgar Gilbert Bryant on September 5, 1943 and resided in
Mamaroneck, NY for most of their married life. They raised their
four children there, before retiring to Palm Harbor, FL for
almost 30 years. She was a devoted member of the Catholic Church
and also a member of the Columbianettes.
Margaret is survived by her husband, Edgar; three daughters and
their husbands: Joan and Kenneth Coulter of Harrison, NY;
Margaret and Philip Olkoski of Wilton, CT; Catherine and William
Roehr of Larchmont, NY; and by her son and wife, Edgar and
Patricia Bryant, Jr. of Argyle, NY. Her sister and brother-in-law,
Catherine and Thomas Santoro of Larchmont, NY, also survive her.
She was the proud grandmother of nine grandchildren and two
great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Her family will sorely miss her. We grieve her passing, but
rejoice in having shared her life. We send her forth with all
our love.
Visitation Friday, October 22 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at COXE AND GRAZIANO FUNERAL
HOME, 767 E. Boston Post Rd. in Mamaroneck. A Mass of Christian
Burial will be held 11 am on Saturday, October 23 at Sts. John and Paul
Church in Larchmont, followed by an interment at Gate of Heaven
Cemetery in Hawthorne, NY. Contributions may be made in
Margaret’s memory to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, 6931
Arlington Road, Bethesda, MD 20814; or the American Cancer
Society, P.O. Box 102454, Atlanta, GA 30368-2454.
