Richard Bruce Myers

(November 24, 2003)Mamaroneck (and New Rochelle) passed away after a short illness. Richard (also known as Ritchie) is best known for his optimism and good nature. He Richard Bruce Myers, 44, most recently of Connelly, N.Y. but previously residing in will be missed by his sister JoAnne Myers and her partner Linda Boyd Kavars, and their child Alexandrea Rhine of Kingston, his half sister Lesley Gail Myers and her husband Andrew Cohen of Long Meadow MA and Budapest, Hungary; and Darrell and Briar Rhine, Richard's housemates and close companions.

Born in Miami Florida, Richard is predeceased by his parents Shirley Glass Myers and Herbert Sumner Myers, of 3 Carriage House Lane, Mamaroneck.

Richard previously worked at CompUSA and Bank of New York before becoming disabled. He continued to tutor local children.

Graveside services will be held Sunday Nov 23 at 1 p.m. at Sharon Gardens, Valhalla. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Hudson River Sloop Clearwater, 112 Little Market St. Poughkeepsie, NY 12601.
