James W. Kronenberger

(October 25, 2003) James W. Kronenberger, 82. Loving husband of Elinor. Father of James Jr. and Craig. Grandfather of two and great-grandfather of two. He served as a lieutenant in the U.S. Navy during WWII and was awarded the Purple Heart. He was a graduate of the University of Wisconsin. He was the first Superintendent of Recreation for the Town of Mamaroneck and was responsible for the development of the Hommocks Recreation Center, Memorial Park and many other community projects. He will be truly missed. A memorial service will be announced .
