ANTHONY DELANNO
(October 16, 2003) Anthony Delanno of Larchmont, born August 29, 1919, Bronx,
NY died October 14, 2003 at Sound Shore Medical Center of
Westchester, New Rochelle. A World War II veteran and Pearl
Harbor survivor, he is predeceased by his loving wife, Myra
Caldwell Delanno of Grantville GA. He is survived by three children: Patricia
Peterson, Daniel Delanno, and Melissa O’Connor; and
three grandchildren: Cara Peterson Borchers, Erica Peterson,
and Michael O’Connor. He was expecting the arrival
of his first great-grandchild in 2004.
A service will be held at John J. Fox Funeral Home, Larchmont,
on Sunday, October 26, 2003 at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers
please make donations to the American Heart Association or
a charity of your choice in the name of Anthony S. Delanno.
