Gazette Ceases Publication: Donates Archives to LHS


In 2010, the Larchmont Gazette ceased publication. In 2011 the publishers donated all contents to the Larchmont Historical Society, which will continue to make the Gazette archives available online.

Frank James Pisco Sr.

Frank James Pisco Sr., of Mamaroneck, passed away on December 11, 2010 at the age of 81. Frank was born on August 13, 1929 in Bronx, NY. He proudly served his country during the Korean War in the U.S. Army. Frank was a lifelong business owner and a resident of Mamaroneck, New York.

He is survived by his loving wife, Alice Pisco of 54 years, sister, Anna Tritto, four children, Mary Irving, Jack Pisco, Annie McNamara, and Frank Pisco Jr, and ten grandchildren.

Visiting hours will be held on Monday, December 13, 2010 from 5:00PM-9:00PM at Coxe & Graziano Funeral Home, 767 E. Boston Post Rd., Mamaroneck, NY. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10AM on Tuesday, December 14 at Sts. John & Paul RC Church, Larchmont, NY. Entombment will follow at Ferncliff Cemetery, Hartsdale, NY.
