Antonio Fernandez, of Larchmont, died January 22, 2010 at age 77. Born January 9, 1933 in Aguino, La Coruna, Spain to Juan Fernandez Hermo & Dolores Sampedro Dios. For more than 50 years he worked as a landscape gardener and was the proprietor of Tony Fernandez Landscaping.

Beloved husband of Josephine (Rosito). In addition to his wife he is survived by his children, Robert Fernandez and JoAnn Fernandez Barrett (James), grandchildren, James, Kevin & Robert Barrett and sister, Josefa Fernandez Sampedro Perez. Predeceased by siblings, Manuel Fernandez Sampedro, Dolores Fernandez Sampedro Ayaso, and Maria Fernandez Sampedro.

Visitation Sunday, January 24 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at COXE & GRAZIANO FUNERAL HOME, 767 E. Boston Post Rd, Mamaroneck. 914-698-5968. Funeral Mass Monday, January 25 at 10 am at St. Augustine’s RC Church in Larchmont followed by interment at Greenwood Union Cemetery.
