Comments closedMamaroneck Village Police announced the arrest of Juan Antonio Hernandez, 30, a Mamaroneck Village resident, on a charge of rape in the second degree, a D felony.
Mr. Hernandez was arraigned on the morning of May 22, 2009 before Judge Dan Gallager and was being held on $100,000 bail.

The rape involved a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old girl between August of 2007 and December of 2008. Detective Edgar Prieto conducted the investigation.
A rape in the second degree involves someone over the age of 18 in a sexual relationship with someone considered to be incapable of consent by reason of age or other condition.
