There’s no school or garbage collection in Larchmont or Mamaroneck on Friday, February 26.  Most meetings are canceled or postponed. That left Debbie Broder plenty of time to create a snow sculpture of people lying around a tree in her Larchmont backyard.

Aptly, she calls her creation “Chillin’.”
