WHAT: Community-based therapeutic recreation programs and services for those within the member communities. Helps those with disabilities develop and use their leisure in a way that enhances their health, independence and well-being. S.E.C. provides a wide variety of activities: swimming, ice skating, sports, music, art, theatre and a camp.

WHO: Ages 5 and up. (Serves about 300 people annually.)

WHEN: Office: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm. Year round activities: after school, evening, weekends. Summer camp, 9 am to 3 pm.

COST: Fee varies, depending on program.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Voluntary, not-for-profit corporation. Staff of full-time therapeutic recreational specialist and part-time specialist and interns in the areas of arts, music, drama and athletics.
