Encourages the child to gain greater self confidence through affection and acceptance outside the family, while giving the child’s parents a respite to reflect, rest and refuel.

There is also a Teen Project CHILDD which sends teams of teens into homes of childen with special needs to provide mentorship and friendship.

2. CRASH COURSE (available to middle schools, high school and parent groups) - a 60-minute program that teaches teens how to deal with life threatening dangers of alcohol toxicity. It includes a multi-media presentation with nurse moderators that reenacts hospital emergency room treatment of a victim of alcohol abuse.

3. NEW VIEW - a booklet for grade school children featuring Bobalongbird who teaches the dangers of "feel good" promises of television-advertised over-the-counter drug and alcohol remedies.
