WHAT: A neighborhood center which runs or includes within its facilities:
- day care program;
- after school program;
- school homework assistance and recreation for junior and senior high school students;
- home energy assistance program;
- advocacy (helps solve everyday or uhusual problems);
- information and referrals service (directs you to other services);
- emergency food pantry;
- used hosehole/clothing collection and distribution corner;
- holiday food drive.
WHO: Children, primary to high school; individuals and families in need of jobs, housing, food, health and other help.
WHEN: Hours at the CAP Center, 134 Center Ave., Mamaroneck on Mondays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
COST: Day Care - sliding scale fee. All others free.
