ELIZABETH A. BERRIGAN

Elizabeth A. Berrigan, 74, of Boynton Beach, passed away on November 12, 2008. Betty was a full-time resident of Boynton Beach for the past 11 years. She previously lived in Westchester County, NY for her entire life, spending her childhood in Pelham, NY and the balance in Larchmont, NY.

Before her illnesses, Betty was a volunteer at St. Vincent's Hospital, Harrison, NY and a 20 year volunteer at Trinity House in Larchmont, NY.

Betty leaves her devoted husband John, daughter Caryn Costello of Bentonville, AR, son Brian Berrigan of Boynton Beach, four grandchildren: Timothy, Sean and Kevin Costello and Brittany Berrigan, four brothers: William, Vincent, John and Richard Doyle and sister Mary Jane Lawton.

Friends may call on Wednesday, November 19, 2008 from 6 PM - 9 PM at the O'Neill-Lanza Funeral Home, 422 East Boston Post Road, Mamaroneck, NY, followed by a Funeral Mass on Saturday, November 29, 2008, 10 AM at Our Lady Queen of Peace Chapel, Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, NY. All those who had the good fortune to know Betty are richer for the experience and poorer at her passing. Donations are requested for Padre Pio Shelter, P.O. Box 55, Larchmont, NY 10538.
