RICHARD L. ANDERSON
Richard L. Anderson, of Mamaroneck, passed away June 25, 2008 at age 83. Born in Seattle, WA on September 30, 1924 to C.V. & Dorothy Anderson.Mr. Anderson served in the Navy during WWII and went on to become a Freelance Commercial Illustrator. A nationally renowned Illustrator, his work was featured in such magazines as Sports Illustrated, Golf Magazine and TV Guide. Richard was a member of the Society of Illustrators.
He is survived by his beloved wife Ann, cherished children, Rich Anderson and Debbie Wood (Brian), and grandchildren Andrew & Jennifer.
Visitation Friday, June 27 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at COXE & GRAZIANO FUNERAL HOME 767E. Boston Post Rd Mamaroneck. Funeral Mass Saturday, June 28 at 10 am at Sts John & Paul RC Church followed by interment at Rose Hills.
