PEARL H. SAMMETT
Pearl H.Sammett Age 94 of Larchmont, NY passed away on March 10, 2008 of natural causes at Sound Shore Medical Center. Born February 16, 1914 to the late Eleanor and Matthew Sammett, she was the 4th of five children, all of whom predeceased her.
She worked all over the Larchmont area her entire life, mostly as a secretary, but also as a dog walker! She loved photography and gardening. For many years, she faithfully planted flowers in town. In later years, Pearl became a fixture at Starbucks and various eateries in town and her family would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their kindness towards her for so many years. She was a free spirit and very independent and your kindness enabled her to live by her rules until it became too difficult.
She then moved the the United Hebrew Geriatric Center in New Rochelle where she lived happily until her death. She now rests in Connecticut with her family.
