CAROL LEE HUMPHREYS

Carol Lee Humphreys of Mamaroneck, NY was called to rest at Montefiore Medical Center on October 25, 2007, after a long and courageous battle with a devastating illness. Carol's effort to conquer cancer were relentless. She fought with determination and courage, never giving up hope. Carol was truly a women of great strength and character.

She was born July 10, 1954, to Joseph and Edith (Cobelli) Humphreys. After receiving her Bachelors Degree at Keuka College and a Masters Degree at The College of New Rochelle, Carol had a distinguished career as an RN devoting her life to the service of others. Among her roles, she will be most fondly remembered as a nurse educator at Cocheran School of Nursing and later as a Nurse Manager at Michael Malotz Nursing Pavilion in Yonkers, NY.

Carol was a loving daughter, devoted and caring sister and aunt, and a very dear and wonderful friend to many. Carol is the dear sister of Joseph Humphreys, Rosemary Finch, and the late Joanne Humphreys-Lurken.

Visitation Sunday, October 28 from 4-9 pm at COXE & GRAZIANO FUNERAL HOME, 767 E. Boston Post Rd, Mamaroneck (914) 698-5968. Funeral Service Monday, October 29 at 11 am, Mamaroneck United Methodist Church. Service is open to all. Memorial donations can be sent to the Friends of Karen, PO Box 190, Purdys, NY 10578-0790
