PETER A. GREEMAN

Peter A. Greeman, a lifelong resident of Larchmont, NY, 75 years old, died suddenly on October 22. He was the beloved husband for 52 years to Tammy; devoted father to David, Timothy, and Daniel; loving grandfather to Rachel, Jonathan, Benjamin and Samuel.

After graduating from Yale in 1954, he served in the Army as Public Information Officer at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL. He then went on to a successful career in advertising at BBDO (now Omnicon) as Associate Creative Director, and at other agencies in London and NY.

After retiring, he pursued his lifelong interest in education and literacy. He bought Anderson's, the local bookstore; tutored at Mamaroneck High School (where his father and three sons had also gone) and was Chairman of the Board of Community Teachers Institute in Washington, DC.

An avid golfer, he was a member of Bonnie Briar Golf Club in Larchmont and Bass Rocks Golf Club in Gloucester, MA, where the family spends summers.

Funeral Services will be private. Donations to a charity of your choice.
