ELAINE S. CORBIN
4/30/33 - 9/20/07: Beloved wife of Stefan, mother of Richard and Betsey Corbin, Michael and Olivia Corbin, and Lisa and Corrie Sweet, grandmother of Samantha, Amanda, Emily, Ashley, Andrew and Abigail, sister of Jay, died after a long illness.A graduate of A.B. Davis High School and Wellesley College, she worked as a research chemist at a number of prestigious medical facilities in the New York area.
Elaine's greatest loves, together with family and friends, were bridge, tennis and the Arts. A member of the Mamaroneck Beach and Yacht Club, Bonnie Briar Country Club and The Metropolitan Museum of Art.
She was a congregant of Larchnont Temple, serving as a trustee and as chairwoman of many committees.
Elaine will be missed by all who knew her.
The funeral will be held at Larchmont Temple, Larchmont, New York, on Sunday, September 23rd at 12:30 pm. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to charities of choice.
