- Practicing lawyer for over 20 years representing large corporations, small businesses, and individuals
- Opened Larchmont law practice in 2001, NYC law practice in 1996 (specializing in commercial and tort law)
- Corporate finance lawyer with Schulte Roth & Zabel, NYC, and then in private practice in Manhattan (1988-2000)

- Wife Erika Lubben 18 year resident, widowed in 1997 with two children, and former corporate lawyer

COMMITMENTS:
- Will use over 20 year's experience as general aviation pilot to evaluate contemplated NY/NJ/PA airspace redesign and help reduce its impact on Larchmont
- Will use legal expertise to help tailor zoning laws that protect our special Village qualities
- Will use tax and financial expertise to promote need for fiscal responsibility and discipline to secure a better future for our Village’s children
- Will combine financial expertise and “shoe leather" fundraising to obtain new money for Village parks and cultural activities without raising taxes
- Finally -- will be accountable for all these commitments because our children are young and Larchmont is our home.
