JOSEPHINE PACE

Josephine Pace died December 31, 2006. She was born in New York City on August 1, 1911, daughter of Joseph and Maria Lamagna. On October 31, 1932 she married Emanuele Pace in Brooklyn and together they moved to Dobbs Ferry. Mr. Pace died in 1989.

Josephine was a devoted parishioner at Our Lady of Pompeii Church and was active in the St. Rita Society. Prior to her retirement she was a seamstress in NYC. Since 2001 she has lived at Sarah Neuman Nursing Home.

Surviving is her loving family, son and daughter-in-law Peter and Marie Pace of Mamaroneck, three beloved grandchildren, Pamela Berlingo, Peter Pace, Jr and Patrice Pace, eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.

Mass of the Resurrection 9:30 AM Friday, January 5 at Our Lady of Pompeii Church. Visiting 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM Thursday, January 4 at Edwards-Dowdle Funeral Home.
