FRANCIS "CHARLIE" ABRAHAMSEN

Francis "Charlie" Abrahamsen passed away December 2 peacefully at home. Born September 9, 1926 to Tobias and Mary Abrahamsen.

Charlie served in the Army during World War II. He worked for forty-four years as a letter carrier at the Larchmont Post Office, and was a proud member of the Larchmont Fire Department Hook and Ladder Company.

Survived by his cherished daughter Debra and his dear brother Paul and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his beloved wife Rosella, brother Thomas and sister Tobine DeVeau. Charlie spent many hours serving the Parish of Sts. John and Paul Church.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 5 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday, December 6 at 10 AM at Sts. John and Paul Church, Larchmont. Interment will be at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Hawthorne.
