GEORGE A. LAZARE

George A. Lazare, Jr., of Mamaroneck, died August 18, 2006 at age 60. Born November 15, 1945 in Glen Cove, NY to George A. and Charlene (Walden) Lazare, Sr.

George was a respected Boat Marine Surveyor and a Manager at Boater's World in Mamaroneck. He was a Past Commodore of the Orienta Yacht Club and a member of the Society of Accredited Marine Surveyors.

Survived by his love Patti Tadeushuk; sons, George Andrew “Jory“ Payne and Brinton Phelps Payne (wife Kelly), a grandson Pearson and a sister Deandrea “DeeDee“ McCabe (husband Brian). Predeceased by his sister Daphne “Dolly“ Ireland.

Visitation Sunday, August 20 from 2 to 5 pm, at COXE AND GRAZIANO FUNERAL HOME, 767 E. Boston Post Rd. in Mamaroneck. Funeral Service Sunday, August 20 at 4:30 pm, at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in George's name to the Orienta Yacht Club (914) 698-9858.
