DOMINICK PIZZIMENTI
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Dominick
Pizzimenti of Mamaroneck, who died peacefully at his home on July 6th
after a long term illness that he fought with courage and determination.
He was 47 years old.
Born in Port Chester on October 24, 1958 to
Vincenzo and Jo Ann (Bellantoni) Pizzimenti, he graduated from Port
Chester High School in 1976. He was employed by One Beacon Insurance Company as a senior analyst.
Mr. Pizzimenti is survived by his loving wife Theresa (nee Capillo) and
their three children Christina, Vincent-Philip and Alic. He is also
survived by his father Vincenzo Pizzimenti of Port Chester and brothers
Santo Pizzimenti (wife Tina) of Nevada and John Pizzimenti (wife Linda)
of Connecticut.
Devoted to his family, Dominick dedicated his time and
efforts to his wife and children who always came first in his shortened
life. He will also be remembered for his love of sports and automobiles.
A giant but gentle man, Dominick was a relentless Yankees fan and an
ardent member of the local softball teams in Mamaroneck.
Visitation Saturday evening, July 8 from 7 to 9 pm, and Sunday, July 9 from
2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm at COXE & GRAZIANO FUNERAL HOME, 767 E.
Boston Post Road, Mamroneck 914-698-5968. Funeral Mass Monday, July 10
at 10 am at Sts. John & Paul R.C. Church in Larchmont followed by
interment at St. Mary's Cemetery.
