SUSAN SHARPER WESLEY

Susan Sharper Wesley, a longtime resident of Mamaroneck, died June 28, 2006. Born January 10, 1916 in Harrison, NY to William and Edith (Merritt) Wesley.

A graduate of Mamaroneck Public Schools, she was united in marriage to Herbert J. Wesley, Sr., who predeceased her. She was a member of Barry Avenue AME Zion Church.

Surviving are five sons: Herbert J., Jr., Donald H., Clifford Augustus, Kenneth G. and Albert F. Wesley; three daughters: Marilyn J. Senior, Muriel J. Wesley and Dianne E. Bartee, 25 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, four great-great- grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins and others and one predeceased grandson.

Visiting Sunday, July 2 from 3 to 5 pm; Wake 7 to 9 pm, Barney T. McClanahan F.H., Inc., 30 Winthrop Ave., New Rochelle. Funeral Monday, July 3 at 12 noon, Strait Gate Church, 120 Madison St., Mamaroneck, NY. Interment, White Plains Rural Cemetery.
