S. WARREN LEVINE

Levine, Dr. S.Warren, age 68, known by his friends as Sy, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday June 25th, 2006. Dr. Levine in Larchmont for over 30 years and practiced dentistry in Forest Hills, NY. Dr. Levine graduated Cornell University and New York University School of Dentistry. He was a wonderful husband, father, and father in law and grandfather.

Born in Brooklyn, NY to Sarah and Benjamin Levine. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Nancy (Segall) Levine, his daughter Judith Ann, son in law Joshua Skolnick, his grandchildren, Alexander and Rebecca. Sy also leaves 2 siblings, Sanford and Eugene Levine.

Funeral services will be held at Larchmont Temple, 75 Larchmont Avenue on Thursday, June 29th at 2:00 pm. Memorial donations may be to a charity of your choice.
