GINA (NEE VIRGINIA DIVINY) JASPAR

Gina Jaspar (nee Virginia Diviny), of New Rochelle, died April 6, 2006 following a brief illness. Born in 1932 to Ellen and Thomas Diviny, she grew up in Long Island City, New York, attended St. Mary's Grammar School, Blessed Sacrament High School, and graduated from New York University's School of Radio and Television.

A longtime Westchester County resident, she raised her four children in Bronxville, New York, and also lived in Palm Beach and Larchmont before moving to New Rochelle. Ms. Jaspar held a series of jobs in Advertising and Media in New York City and Palm Beach, FL, working for Goodman-Todson, Paramount Pictures, Crain's New York Business and Monroe College. She was most recently an administrator at Somnia Inc. in New Rochelle.

She is survived by her children and their spouses, Susan Hassler and Robert Maxwell, Barbara Hassler-Steig and Robert Steig, Robert and Jane Hassler, Craig and Leslie Hassler, and her grandchildren, Chelsea, Molly, Conner, Kyra, Colin, and Taylor. She will be forever loved and dearly missed.

Visitation Saturday evening, April 8 from 7 to 9 and Sunday, April 9 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm, COXE & GRAZIANO FUNERAL HOME, 767 E. Boston Post Rd. in Mamaroneck. Funeral Mass Monday, April 10 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, followed by an interment at Calvary Cemetery.
