PHYLLIS DEL VECCHIO (HUFFMAN)

Phyllis del Vecchio (Huffman) a long time Resident of Larchmont died on March 2, 2006 after a short illness. Phyllis was born in the Bronx to Philip and Grace Grennan. She graduated elementary and high school in Rockville Center. She received her degree from Webster University in St. Louis, MO where she has had a seat on the board of directors for the past few years.

After a short career with TWA as a flight attendant, Phyllis moved into the entertainment industry and eventually became VP of Warner Brothers TV in LA. After moving back to the east coast she formed her own independent casting company and continued to do work for Warner Brothers, Hallmark Hall of Fame and Malpaso Productions.

Phyllis is survived by her loving husband Jules del Vecchio, her devoted sons Matt Huffman, Philip Huffman and Matthew del Vecchio. Her dear siblings Christopher Grennan and Christine Stiller. Also her cherished mother Grace.

Visiting, Sunday, March 5 and Monday, March 6 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm at Fox Funeral Home. Mass, Tuesday, March 7 at 10 am at Sts. John & Paul Church in Larchmont. Interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Valhalla. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the David Huffman Memorial Scholarship at Webster University 470 E. Lockwood Ave. St. Louis, MO 63119.
