AFTER THE STORM: Sunday and Monday, September 3 and 4, 2006

An uprooted tree downed the electrical wires and blocked Pine Brook Drive.

A 36-foot sailboat, Westerleigh, was tossed high up on the rocks at Manor Park. Cellphone reception was better in the park than at home, where the landlines were out, reported Donna Coleman, from New Rochelle.
