MHS '54 SEARCHES FOR MISSING CLASSMATES

( December 5, 2002 ) The class of 1954 at Mamaroneck High School has set October 2, 2004 as the date for its gala 50th reunion. The organizing committee has found all but 18 classmates and is looking for information on those who are still missing. We're hoping a Gazette reader will see the list below and be able to help us find our missing mates.

Among class members we know about, two women are still active models. One classmate is a world renowned author. There is also a Tony Award winning lighting designer as well as a prize winning dog trainer. One classmate is a retired rancher and another, a retired Hollywood actor.

There are at least three ministers, two former mayors and one prison inmate. At least two class members are accomplished artists and one is an oft published psychiatrist.One creates magic tricks and another is an ER nurse. One member of the class went back to school at age 60 and became a psychologist at 64! He will be in full time private practice at 66.

Perhaps some of the missing classmates have equally interesting life stories. We will only know if we can find them.
